Citronic Turntablismby ~illmatic1

Customization / Wallpaper / Minimalistic

This is a remix of a wallpaper I made entitled Pure Turntablism. Actually, the first version was an inverted version to something like this. I actually like the original alot - but opted to submit the black version because I always do white wallpapers. Visit my gallery to see the original.

This is wicked. Much better than the inverted version. Love the minimalistic use of squares, which compliments the turntable's shape great (and the orange LED-light on the wheel of steel, is a wicked detail). Can well understand why it's called turntablism

I am majorly digging this. Very clean and fresh looking. I don't really like the lines extending from the work in the center, it's very distracting. But alas, we can't win 'em all so this is going right to my desktop and it has a spot on my faves. Well done!

thx for very much on the comment and the fav. I was really considering on leaving those lines out as well... but I opted to put them in, after getting some opinions. I thought if they were subtle enough they wouldn't distract, but perhaps they should have been more opaque to the rest of the paper. Oh well, better luck next time
